Tim Heidecker released Running Out The Clock as a lost outtake from Bob Dylan's "infidels" album and informed his audience that Dylan would be playing this song at the 2013 Super Bowl.

"Long Black Dress" was written as an outtake to Dylan's own "Tempest" album, following up Heidecker's preemptive release of his version of Dylan's Titanic song on the same record.
